No damage to the products
When placing the filling noto the center of the dough sheet, the dough sheet is dipped and depressde by the placement pressure of the filling so there is no damage to the dough.
Even yeasted dough which starts fermenting by time and heat during the production process is unaffected by the MAGICHAND.
It works at short intervals without adding any extra heat. Thus, the MAGICHAND creates dough-friendly, stable products.
Mechatronics design and size:
The machine is installed with many servomotors.
With an installation area of less than 1/3 of conventional machines the MAGICHAND is simple, compact and easy to claean.
Feeling depositing:
The MAGICHAND can incrust large, solid material(Diameter: 25mm to 32mm).
It also incrusts low viscosity materials like curry or soup.
The outer dough and the filling ratio can be 1:1.3 to 1.5 or more.
